New Years resolutions are in full swing and let’s be real, we ALL want to tone up a little. We’ve been moving our beautiful bods and making healthier food choices. This is yet another healthy little addition to your morning routine.
It may look like typical oatmeal but there’s a twist. To start, take a half cup oats, 3/4 cup almond milk, dash of brown sugar, and some fruit. Put it all in a fancy bowl and throw it in the fridge. Let it sit overnight and you’ll have a healthier version of instant oatmeal in the morning. Just one minute in the microwave. Simple! It’s great if you’re busy early in the morning and don’t have time to boil water and wait.
