So, my online shopping obsession continues with a totally adorbs bow ear cuff. Sarah Munsey, of Wired for Freedom left me a little message “You are loved, valued, unique, and beautiful you can do anything.” I mean amazing. Then she explained how she was a cutter and crafts freed her from emotional pain. It was definitely more than I expected and much appreciated.

Burn Baby Burn!
My besties always know what gifts to bear. Considering I’m the girl that prefers an amazing experience to an amazing possession. I linger in the memories and live off of sentiment. So what encourages memories more than a smell? Nothing I say NOTHING!!! Thank you ladies for knowing exactly what to get me. Henri Bendel for the win!
My favorite for the day!
But I truly love them all. Secret, Henri Bendel scents-perfumes and candles- are layerable…yes layerable is a word!

A Little About Me!
Birthday Boy!
Photo Crush!
So I have a serious #women crush everyday on the fabulous Beth Kirby AKA Local_Milk on Instagram. Her work is emotional and styled to the GAWDS. Her use of light is something I’ve been meaning to master and ugh she’s sooo good. So here are some of her Instagram posts. Please be as awed by her as I am.
Ugh she gave me life today!
Tech and Coffee!
Every once and a while I need some time to myself to think about the universe and human existence know sometimes I’m unnecessarily deep. I also wanted to take my new Fuji Film camera on a little test run. So, I make an escape from my comfy couch to a restaurant of choice.
Today I chose Tart. Gotta love their LA style Southern food. Hmmm fried green tomatoes and grits.
Yummm!
Great start to an amazing day!
Bridal Shower!
So, a lot of my friends have been getting married, I mean a lot. I guess we’re just at that age, ahem ahem 21. Well, that’s a lie. Anyway, it’s given me the opportunity to become a little bit of a wedding planner. My friend Keish and I put our planning powers together and designed a truly special Italian bridal shower for our bestie Sasha.
Here is the full table setting. We decided to go with a long table on the patio to give a little Tuscany. We mixed metals and used as many different chairs as possible. We covered the table in greenery and hung roses and leaves in garlands. Mason jars filled with succulents were the shower gifts.
I mean look at this little cutie!
We had some healthy options.
And some not so healthy, but ridiculously gorgeous ones.
Here is our beautiful bride to be, her beautiful Badgley Mischka romper, and her beautiful drink.
And here is our couple being absolutely adorbs! I mean I just die!
I had a little artsy moment and made this calming film as we cleaned up. All in all it was an amazing and love filled day.
Framed and FAB!
I engaged in a little art project yesterday before my celebratory brunch. Yep, celebratory brunch, I am transitioning into a new phase of life sans a 9 to 5. Well, I had this huge frame from the thrift store and was looking for a poster or something, quite a daunting task. I decided to fill it with a fun tribal print.
First, get your tools. Basically, scissors and your fabric.
Open everything out, flip it bright side down, then begin marking where you want to cut. I normally make a short cut and just lay the picture from the inside of the frame on the fabric and outline.
Cut it out, always cut a little wide around your lines just incase you make a mistake.
And you are done, and have a fab new piece of art. Enjoy!
Minty
It’s been a little while since we spoke last. But I’ve definitely been a busy little beaver. Working, quitting, focusing on my consulting firm, and honing my photography skills. Here I highlighted my love of mint green, gold, white, and office supplies. I’m OBSESSED with office supplies…I wish the whole world was nothing but office supplies.
I also added some thank you cards, also an obsession of mine, and a bracelet given to me by my bestie at her wedding. “A” that’s me!!!
Lighting was a challenge but I’ll get this table top thing. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
