I’ve been taking a hot yoga class at CORE POWER YOGA and I can’t wait to get to the point where I can hug my own leg.  As Angelenos we’re totally obsessed with being skinny, not so much with strength and posture.  Well, yoga is more about strength and form than pure weight loss.  It makes everything better, my running form is improving, my endurance is increasing, and I feel cleaner.  If you just want to lose weight hit a treadmill, yoga is for precision, this is where you build your dance muscles.
